Surprise Grinches! I'm kicking off the 2020 Send Off with another haiku this week. Some call it laziness, but the ubiquitous haters don't understand my niche, which is full of seventeen-syllable revelations. #haikusday #MPFA #makepoetryfunagain
#millennialAF #merrywhateveryoucelebrate The month of October and the chill in the air are giving me Halloween vibes. What better time than to celebrate creepy creatures who live their best life during this season? High eight to all the avaricious arachnids out there. #haikusday #kayenjee #MPFA #makepoetryfunagain #whoamI
I hope this post finds you well. Good Tuesday, and welcome to another installment of the riveting and family-friendly edition of "Who Am I?": a haikusday series that explores the animal kingdom in seventeen syllables. Today's feature is....well, you guess. Photo by Skitterphoto from Pexels. Poetry by me, kayenjee. #kayenjee #Haikusday #whoamI #MPFA #makepoetryfunagain

Although, when I was considering them as a subject matter, the correlation did not occur to me. Here you go, 30 seconds of distraction. You can thank me in shares. Yes, that was a Berenstain Bears reference. I'm cultured, or whatever.
#Haikusday #MPFA #makepoetryfunagain #whoamI Long periods of "vacation" cause me to lose track of what day it is. For all I know, it's Tuesday when I post this. If not, I can always change the date. Meanwhile, cheers to another round of seasonal allergies! Photo and poem by me. So many skillz. #haikusday #kayenjee #MPFA #makepoetryfunagain
The other day I was binge-watching YouTube, the place where all woke millennials get their news, and came across a feature on an artist named Iris Scott. She uses her hands to create beautiful paintings, mostly of animals and nature, in a style she describes as instinctualism. That term immediately spoke to me and the way(s) I emote through artistic means. Another family friendly installment... #Haikusday #MPFA #makepoetryfunagain
